How many boxes will I receive?

You’ll receive four boxes total, one each quarter throughout 2026.

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes. You can enter the gift recipient’s name and address at checkout if you’d like the boxes shipped or delivered to them.

What makes the subscription pieces special?

Each box includes a pottery item not available in the shop. If a design is ever added to the shop later, subscribers will have received it at a lower price than retail.

Can I choose my glaze?

Yes. You can select your preferred glaze at checkout.

What are the pricing options?

• $150 – In-store pickup
• $175 – Local delivery
• $200 – Shipping

Do you ship?

Yes. If you select the shipping option, please make sure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

What perks do subscribers get?

All subscribers receive:

• 10% off everything in the Slowdown Shop for the entire year
• Access to a Close Friends Instagram group to vote on designs and give feedback
• Early access to new work through the subscription-only pieces

When will the boxes be ready?

Boxes are released seasonally. You’ll receive an email with pickup, delivery, or shipping updates before each one goes out.

Are subscriptions limited?

Yes. Quantities are small due to handmade production. Spots may fill early.

What if I need to update my address or delivery method?

Just email us, and we can update your subscription details before the next box goes out.

Where do you deliver to for local delivery?

Delivery is available for Collierville, Germantown, East Memphis, Midtown, and Downtown
